Herbal Sleep Remedy for A Good Nights RestSleep Formula
For a good, sound sleep, drink this tea, one-quarter cup after each meal and one-quarter cup prior to going to bed.
Hops-1 part
Valerian-1 part
Passion Flower-1 part
Spearmint-1 part
Mix one ounce of herbs to 1 pint of water. Bring just to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and allow it to steep for 20 minutes. Strain and store in a tightly closed jar.
Insomnia
Mix equal parts of:
Camomile
Valerian
Skullcap
Catnip
Wood Betony
Spearmint
Mix one ounce of herbs per one pint of water. Bring to a rolling boil, remove from heat, and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Drink one full cup before going to bed.
An Incredible Dream Infusion
Kava Kava-4 parts
Alfalfa-1 part
Spearmint-1 part
Rasberry Leaves-1 part
Lemon Balm-1 part
Prepare the same as the above formulas. Drink at bedtime.
